Big Bass 12-21-2005

I fished with Raymond Norris of Mcdonough Ga. & his grandson Derrick today, we did not leave the ramp until 12 noon, I was somewhat skeptical about whether we would have success, but the fish continued to cooperate. We caught & release 32 bass, with the 2 big fish,
11 year old Derrick caught & released a 7lb 14oz giant & his grandfather caught an 8lb 5oz bass
the fishing continues to be red hot. If you have a question about the numbers of bass being caught I would be more than happy to put you in touch with my customers, so they can tell you how good it is in their own words.

Big Bass 12-20-2005!

Today I fished with Zane, Jessie & Guy from Indiana, we caught 34 largemouth on wild shiners. Jessie had the big fish of the day, a 9lb 10oz giant that was his biggest bass ever. They are going home to Indiana for the holidays but are coming back for a few more day of bass fishing after the holidays. The fishing has been great for the last couple days, I hope it stays that way!

Fishing Report 12-6-2005

The last 4 days were spent fishing with 3 gentlemen from Kentucky. Jimn Pickett, his son Cameron & their friend Tom Humphrey all are good fishermen which made our time together quite pleasurable. We tried to fish a different area of the lake each day, with varied degrees of success everywhere we went. We caught 96 fish the first day, fishing the entire day in a light drizzle of rain, the fishing was some of the best I have ever seen. Our 2nd day we only caught 38 fish, fishing in the exact area we had fished the day before, bluebird skies and cold weather changed the fish dramatically. Days 3 & 4 were spent in the Moonshine Bay, Monkey Box area we caught 61 fish day 3 , and 58 on day 4 , all in all we had 4 incredible days of fishing. All of our fish were caught on live wild shiners, most under a cork , but several came freelining.

Fishing Report, 12-3-05

Monday & Tuesday I fished with Don & Cheri, from Akron Ohio. These 2 have a real passion for the outdoors & fishing in general. Our 1st day together we fished out of Harney Pond and spent our time in the Monkey Box area. We caught 39 bass, with the largest being a 5 1/2lber caught by Cheri. The second day we fished closer to home, launching out of Okeetantie Park, we caught 59 bass with the largest being a 7lb 7oz giant, again caught by Cheri. I could not have asked for 2 more fun people to spend my fishing day with.
